Publicis Media | Al Mana is looking for an experienced Digital Performance & Web Optimization Specialist to join us on a 9–12 month embedded assignment with a key client in Doha, Qatar.



Role Overview:

The selected candidate will be based onsite with the client, working closely with their marketing, media, and IT teams to enhance website performance, optimize user tracking, and improve campaign measurement. Responsibilities include:




  • Implementing and optimizing Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking

  • Collaborating with UX and IT teams to restructure URL architecture and improve SEO

  • Conducting conversion audits and delivering actionable insights

  • Ensuring proper integration with GA4 and other analytics platforms

  • Supporting audience segmentation and campaign performance analysis

  • Acting as a strategic link between internal teams and agency partners



Candidate Profile:




  • Strong experience with GA4, GTM, CRO, SEO, and web analytics tools

  • Solid understanding of tag management, performance tracking, and reporting

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and marketing stakeholders

  • Currently based in Qatar

Key qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a related field.

  • Strong research and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.

  • Interest in media strategy and channel planning — ideally with some exposure to digital platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.).

  • Familiarity with paid media tools, dashboards, or ad managers is a plus.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a traffic/project management role within a creative or advertising agency (regional experience is a plus).

  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns across ATL and BTL.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills — you never drop the ball.

  • Strong understanding of agency dynamics and creative workflows.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills — you keep teams motivated and projects moving.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will help ideate and plan content for social media, working closely

with content creators, influencers, and clients to deliver high-quality content that

aligns with our clients' brand goals. You will be responsible for developing content

strategies, managing shoots, writing engaging captions, and analyzing

performance data to continuously improve our social media presence.



Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Creating Monthly Content Plans: Support the Content Manager in

developing monthly content calendars tailored to each client’s unique

needs and objectives, ensuring relevance and engagement.

• Post Content: Schedule and publish content across multiple social media

platforms, ensuring timely and consistent delivery.

• Plan and Organize Shoots: Coordinate and manage photoshoots and video

productions, from pre-planning to final execution.

• Collaborate with Content Creators: Work with scriptwriters, videographers,

and other creatives to ensure content is of the highest quality, aligned with

the client’s vision.

• Write Captions: Craft compelling, on-brand captions that resonate with

target audiences and encourage interaction.

• Story Coverage: Provide live coverage and real-time updates on Instagram

Stories or other social media platforms for events, launches, and other

activities.

• Identify Trends: Stay on top of social media trends, emerging topics, and

industry news to keep content fresh and engaging.

• Collect Social Data: Gather social media data and organize it in a clear,

A keen eye for typography and design is essential, and the editor must be able to repurpose existing footage to create fresh, engaging content.

  • Edit social media content, including short-form videos, interviews, promos, and stories

  • Apply advanced editing techniques such as masking, tracking, and rotoscoping to enhance video quality

  • Incorporate motion graphics, typography, and visual effects to make content stand out

  • Perform sound design and mixing to ensure audio quality matches the visual experience

  • Color grade and fine-tune footage to achieve the desired look and feel

  • Archive and organize footage efficiently for future use

  • Repurpose existing footage to create new content tailored to different platforms

  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the content aligns with brand guidelines and creative vision

  • Stay up-to-date with video and social media trends, tools, and best practices

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines



Qualifications:




  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video editing, with a focus on social media content

  • Strong proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro

  • Experience with advanced editing techniques, including masking, tracking, and rotoscoping

  • Skilled in sound design and mixing, with knowledge of tools like Audition or Pro Tools

  • Expertise in motion graphics and typography, with a good sense of design aesthetics

We are looking for a talented and motivated Creative Director to lead our company's creative department. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents of their team.


As the Creative Director, you will work closely with the graphic design and marketing department to deliver engaging content that meets the expectations of our customers. You should be extremely creative, dedicated, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:


    Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.

    Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.

    Assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner.
